Job Title: Social Media Manager/Producer: Content Operations & Social Distribution
Reports To: Jordan Rogers
Location: Remote / Flexible
Type: Part-Time (10–20 hrs/week with room to grow)
Pay: Starts at $250 week. Can go up based on experience.
🎯 The Mission
You are the General Manager of Jordan’s creative output.
Your mission: to protect Jordan’s time and maximize his reach by being an operational
executor. You operationalize the content process across platforms—owning everything
from scheduling to platform-native posting with some audience engagement.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Content Pipeline & Calendar Management
Maintain and execute the weekly publishing calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and newsletter
Keep the “content bank” organized—ensuring consistent bridges between short-form hits, newsletter deep dives, and brand story arcs
2. Platform-Native Publishing & Engagement
Schedule, and publish content with native best practices (e.g. IG Collabs, TikTok Quote Replies, carousel sequences for LinkedIn, Manychat Automation)
Monitor engagement across platforms, surface standout comments, and create quote reply opportunities that spark further reach
Stay ahead of platform tools and cultural shifts that impact visibility, reach, or audience behavior
3. Feedback Shield & Quality Control
Act as the final filter before Jordan sees anything—ensuring captions, edits, and visuals align with Jordan’s standard
Work directly with editors and designers to consolidate creative feedback and reduce Jordan’s involvement in revision loops
Ensure each piece of content meets brand aesthetic and tone: polished, clear, insightful, and distinct
4. Repurposing & Recycling
Take long-form content (YouTube, podcast appearances, keynote clips, interviews) and get them prepped for Short Form Video Clips, Cut Downs, Newsletters, Carousels.
Spot recurring themes and audience questions to generate content series, quote cards, and post types (educational, storytelling, calls to action)

You’re a social native, fluent in the latest platform tools (IG collabs, TikTok duets, Threads tone) and what makes content cut through
You’re a translator, who can filter Jordan’s voice
You’re an enforcer, who can hold a calendar and a team accountable while protecting creative space
You’re an AI Native – you know how (& are required) to use AI tools (Chat, Claude, others) to bring efficiency into this content workflow. Bonus points for other AI tools.
